I'm Calling It....

THAT JUNE WILL BE THE BEST MONTH THIS ENTIRE YEAR! 
Let me explain...
Reason#1 - This man will be home in just about 2 weeks...making me the HAPPIEST girl in the world! Can NOT wait to get my arms around him!
Reason #2 - The 9th anniversary of this day is celebrated on the first of this month (but will be technically celebrated on the 24-26 with a weekend alone with reason #1)
Reason #3 - What I get to do all day with my sweet and very fun boys. No more school, buses, homework, or early bedtimes! So far we have swam, been to a baseball game, hung out with family, gone to the park, watched movies, went bowling, and had some lazy days at home. (Okay, those are more for me so I can try and break my record of staying in my robe and slippers through lunch!)

Reason #4 - My best friend Sara will be welcoming a little boy into the world, Bennett! And for Sara's sake, this was the picture on my bird calendar when I flipped to June yesterday- my FAVORITE bird the Scarlet Tanager. (yes I am a nerd and love ornithology!)
Sara- this is an obvious sign that June is going to ROCK for us both!

HAHAHA! This cracked me up, Lanessa! Oh, you and your crazy love of birds :)
I feel so honored to have Bennett and I made your "best-of" list! Thank you! SO excited for Jay to be home, and SO excited for Bennett to be here - it IS going to be a good month :)
And oh my goodness, you have GOT to cut your kids hair! It looks ADORABLE on them, but makes them look much TOO old and grown up, and that makes me so sad! :) Love you :)
